Dear Susan,
I wanted to write to say thank you again for the brilliant work you did for me with making a harness to fit my Doberman Ellie.
Having exhausted all the available options in England and finding your website I thought I would give you a try. Thankfully I did as you managed to produce a fantastic strong leather harness which fitted my dog, and her various problems just from some measurements which you very patiently took me through until we had all you required.
The harness is fantastic and with all the lovely leather and brass buckles makes her very vain!
Being able to discuss what I needed with you and for it to be posted to me the following week was unbelievable and it has made our lives so much better. We can now go for walks safely.

We were very impressed initially on the superb alteration you did to my Snugly Hood body Rug, enabling me to use it as an under-rug.
So we had no hesitation in contacting you to do a saddle check.
Your advice and wealth of knowledge was very re-assuring, and we were amazed by the very quick turnaround from leaving our saddle with you to be re-flocked, being returned and fitted the same week! And so not interupting my horses fitness regime.
