I am fully trained in correct rug repair techniques by a Master Saddler and am the only local business who has been repairing and restoring rugs for over 4 years. All rugs are washed and reproofed by professionals. Therefore you can be confident of a fully cleaned and restored rug returned to you, plus your damaged tack can be dropped off at the same time to be repaired.

Please leave me a note of the repairs needed.
Remember to put your contact details on the bags. Rugs should only be left at the Georgetown Road address or at Tarff, Lockerbie Road, Dumfries after contacting me. Always have all tack/rugs in sealed bags please [which can be supplied by me] I am happy to collect rugs if I am in your area free of charge, or for a small fee to cover mileage. This is available for more than 5 rugs or tack items inc saddles.
If you give rugs or tack to Graeme or Tarff please contact me. If the rug is left at Tarff please collect ASAP - I will let you know when it is left and it is up to you to collect. I accept no responsibilty for any items left at Tarff or with Graeme.

If I have made an error with your rug please contact me within 14 days and while the rug is still clean to have it re-repaired to your satisfaction.
